The second run of the inning was driven in by Nolan Brown (TCU), who singled into shallow center to bring home Matt Winaker (Stanford), for the third run of the ball game.

Falmouth’s starting pitcher was pulled after one and one-third innings. The rising sophomore at UCLA, was responsible for all three runs scored by the Red Sox. He left the game with three runs, one walk, and a strike out.

Bryan Sammons (Western Carolina) got the win for Y-D, and Calvin Faucher (California irvine) earned the save.
